We sat there about 10 years in Valence for work: my husband is an architect and I am a chemical engineer. Since we adopted this beautiful city with compact dimensions. We now have 3 children: our daughter is 12 years and our two boys 6 and 9 years. We are all rather sports and we appreciate the weekend to make trips on foot or by bike. We love traveling and to discover new regions or new countries

Our house is in a very quiet street and we have access to 5 min walk to downtown Valencia. We moved there 1 ½ year in the big house where we rebuilt everything including turning a warehouse for our living room. We have 4 large bedrooms and a games room which can also make guest room. We have approximately 300 m² garden.Valence is very well situated because it is a central city to visit the Drome and Ardeche. Moreover, by car, the sea is 2 hours, the mountains in 1 hour, Lyon and Grenoble to 1 hour. Finally, there is a TGV station, 10 minute drive, which allows you to go to Marseille in 45 minutes and Paris in 2 hours!
