I would like to register an ad, how to do it ?
You must first create your account.
On the right side of the web site, click on 'Update your account'.
After enter your personal information, the system will send at your email address a mail for confirmation.
Click on the link inside the mail to activate your account.
On the right side of the web site, then click on 'Update your ads'.
Enter information about your apartment, house, ... (location, equipment, photos, ...)
You have a better chance of renting or selling if your include all relevant information.
I'm registered, but I didn't receive the mail to activate my account ?
Maybe your provider lock some mails.
If your account has been created since one day, please contact us by mail (give us your account number or your email).
We will then activate manually your account.
Why is my new ad not displayed on the web site ?
Once your ad has been created, there is a delay between 24 and 48 hours to check and validate your ad.
How much does it cost to register an ad ?
Nothing.
The web site is completely free. Nothing to pay.
How long my ad will appear on the web site ?
There is no limit.
Every 3 months, you will receive a mail to remind that you have an ad on the web site, and what your information may need updating.
You are free to continue to display or to cancel your ad.
I do not remember my id or my password ?
On the right side of the web site, click on 'Update your account'.
Then below the authentication, click on 'Lost your Id or your password ? '.
After, you just have to enter your email address and you will receive your id and your password in your mailbox.
How do I modify my personal information (address, password,…) ?
You need to authenticate in the owner area.
Cick then on 'Update your account' to modify your personal information.
How do I cancel an ad ?
In first, please enter your account and your password.
Click then on 'Update your ads', you will see the list of all your ads.
Then, click on the button 'Delete' to delete your ad.
Is it possible to register more than one ad ?
Yes, you can registered more than one ad. You have no limit.
How can I see my ad on the first page of the web site ?
Ads displayed on the home page are the last ads validated with photos.
If your have no photo, your ad will be display in the page for the last 30 ads but no on the home page.
I registered the address on my personal web site but nothing is displayed on my ad ?
Address of your personal web site is displayed if you have put on your website a link to our website.
It's the principle of reciprocity on Internet.
The code of our website is available on the owner page.
Once the link is on your web site, please contact us by mail to activate your address.
I would like photos on my ad, but they are too big ?
The system allow photos with a maximum of 30 kb.
You must reduce them with a photo editing software.
If you have not software, you can send them by mail, we will modify and register them in your ad.
